Online booking
Appointments can be booked online and will be reconfirmed by SMS. This process varies in time and can take up to a couple of hours to complete. Reconfirmed appointments are binding.
Opening hours
By arrangement.
Saturday mornings on request. The practice is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Cancellation
In the event of being unable to attend the appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
Otherwise, late cancellations will be charged as ‘no-show’.
Cost coverage
In the event of complaints most supplementary health insurances cover part of the costs of complementary and alternative medical therapies (based on the treaty “VVG”).
However, please check in advance with your health insurance provider whether and to what extent your treatment with me will be reimbursed. My therapist’s number is ZSR no. G961362.
